A new statewide opportunity for the USDA-NRCS Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) is now available with Inflation Reduction Act funding for five management practices to include conservation crop rotation, cover crop, no-till,reduced tillage, and nutrient management. With the ACT NOW funding process, NRCS can quickly fund a ranked application when it meets a determined minimum ranking score. Applications will have a much shorter trunaround time and contracts developed in a few weeks compared to the traditional process.
